I worked with Apple’s marketing and design teams to build responsive landing pages for the iPhone X launch in November 2017. The work involved translating high-fidelity static comps into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end code under tight launch deadlines.

CSS-animated email campaign

I prototyped and developed what was reportedly the marketing department’s first CSS-animated direct email campaign. The animations were designed to increase engagement without relying on JavaScript or image-heavy treatments, keeping the email lightweight and broadly compatible across clients. The campaign recorded a 92% open rate, based on internal reporting.

Campaign tooling

The email production workflow was manual and repetitive, so I built a set of CLI tools in Node.js, Bash, and Gulp to automate build, preview, and deployment steps for direct email campaigns. This reduced turnaround time and made campaign production more repeatable.
